Arts Northeast, established in 2011, is a collaborative group of award-winning visual artists living on the Northeast coast of the Avalon Peninsula in the beautiful Province of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
Brenda Rowe founded the group to provide support to its members, a forum to learn and create together, as creating art is generally a solitary endeavour. While each artist has a different background, style and vision, we all have a desire to give voice to our personal, unique expressions. The result of our diverse experiences, encompassing a variety of mediums and styles, is an exhibit that provides a cohesive and exciting experience for our audience. Our exhibitions are tailored to appeal to the general public no matter what their level of sensory appreciation or artistic taste.
Now in our 12th year, we are planning our annual art show for later this month, which is our delayed 10th Anniversary Exhibition.
